Common questions

Can Hauntcam really detect ghosts?
No. It's a game. Every phantom and reply is made up for fun.

The spirit box stopped answering.
Free players get 10 questions a day; the counter resets at midnight UTC. If our servers are busy, the spirit still answers from an offline set of replies.

How do I restore my subscription?
Open Settings in the app and tap "Restore purchases".

How do I cancel?
iPhone Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, Hauntcam, Cancel Subscription.

A reply was inappropriate.
Long-press the reply and choose "Report". Thank you, it helps us improve the filters.

Delete my data.
Email us your device ID and we'll delete the server-side record. See the privacy policy.
